I started looking to buy a home after being in a rental for 8 years and a landlord who left me without water during the year of the pandamic. In looking at rental costs I was so discouraged being I had 2 pits (babies) and no money backing, not to mention a low credit score. Jeremy got me pre-approved for $100,000 and when I got a raise taking another position within my company he was able to up my loan to $150,000 along with FHA Assistance for a first time homebuyer!! I never thought I would own a home but I have been in my new home for a week and I still cant believe it - would not have happened without Jeremy and his team Michelle Carducci & Brian Brimbala....Jeremy kept me with knowledge of what to do to become a homeowner and never got frustrated and we had some humps to overcome and he never got frustrated. He would simply tell me what the next steps would be - the bottom line is everyone wants to get to the end results "the closing"! I made it and with the assistance of Jeremy & Supreme Lending made it with very little money! They are awesome - if you need backing or assistance they are the place to go to!!

Jeremy, well what can I say he is amazing! As a disabled single mom of 5 girls my children and I have been through a lot in the last 10 years and even more so in the last 4 years. We have had to move at least once every other year sometimes.
Twice in one year. I gave up on believing I’d ever be able to give my daughters a stable home of our own that no one could take from us just bc.
A home we can do what we want to, a home where no one could tell us who Can come to visit . We were always worrying if the lease would be renewed or would we have to move again. 4 and half years ago I made one of the best decisions of my life when I made the decision to up and leave everything i ever knew in Massachusetts and I left my husband 1500 miles away and came to Florida with the clothes on our backs. The first two years we were living under my sisters rules and home. Not even having so much as a pot to cook in. Then I had to stay on a friends couch and my kids had to sleep on air beds in the living room for a couple months. After that we got our first apartment on our own since leaving my husband. Now bc of Jeremys guidance I am a home buyer! He legit has changed my life and counseled me on how to not get in over my head. Now I was able to make the second best decision of my life when i chose to stick with Jeremy and my buyers agent at Pineywoods Realty, Joshua Sexton. I first met Jeremy almost a year ago through my buyers agent I found online (Pineywood a realty Joshua Sexton- whom is also amazing). Originally, I had bad credit and was trying to find out where to start on my home buying path. I left my marriage in 2018 but never got to legally divorce my husband due to the pandemic and other issues. My ex ruined my credit and I was constantly trying to fix it. I sure didn’t like the answers Jeremy had at first given me but he was up front and honest and told me everything I should expect and what I should do to get to where I needed to be. Most lenders and realtors would of never given me a second thought until I got to that point but not my team! They guided me on what to do and followed up with me. Then 3/4 months ago I was closer than ever but just needed one more thing to make it happen. Again I was followed up with and was given the best advice by Jeremh and my team.
I followed all of their advice as best as I could. About 3 months later I was where I needed to be to make it happen! He told me what options I had and helped me to get the best program that matched my needs! He was patient with my 101 questions and long winded texts! He would take the time to answer every question and follow up with me on every concern. I was so beyond stressed about everything and worrying it would somehow fall through but Jeremy eased my nerves every step of the way. He was honest and not pushy. He made sure despite my very complicated situation of not being fully divorced and having a friend be a co borrower that I knew everything I needed to to protect myself and my investment. Many obstacles kept coming up throughout the 45 days to closing with the underwriters wanting more and more stuff. When I had a hard time getting what was needed he figured out a way to help me whether finding a way around it by getting something else instead or by giving me ideas in how to solve it. When it came to my closing day we almost couldn’t close due to the marriage issue and not being in the same state. But even though the title company was gonna have to push the date out he made sure he found a way to make that work. We closed on the date we were told we would from the beginning. In the end I now own a 3 bedroom 2 bath pool home! As I been getting ready to move in since signing on 3/23/22 he has followed up with me to make sure everything was ok and I was hanging in there and if I needed anything! I couldn’t of asked for a better person leading my way into being approved as a first time home buyer with fha down payment assistance and fha loan! Ty Jeremy and I bet u miss my long winded text don’t ya, lol. But in all seriousness if u go through Jeremy your in amazing hands and even if u don’t hear what u want he will tell u how to get there. If I can get there then anyone can get there It felt amazing being able to check yes to.
Being a home owner in everything! Without him pushing it through I would still be looking for documents and not signed yet! Tytyty! Ur amazing! You and Josh make an amazing team 🙂
